Shipping Information
All items include free shipping (within the continental US), unless specified otherwise, in which case actual shipping
charges will be added to your order.
If you would like a shipping quote prior to your order, feel free to give us a call or send an e-mail, and we will respond
with a shipping estimate. Be sure to include your zip code when you request a shipping estimate.
Curbside delivery is provided via truck. The truck driver requires your assistance in unloading your sports equipment product.
Additional services are available, such as liftgate truck service, however these costs usually increase the total shipping
cost from $75.00 to $150.00, depending on the city.
We send your order to our shipping department by the next business day. Shipments usually leave the warehouse within
3-4 business days, depending on stock availability.
Please inspect your product when it is delivered and make note of any external damage on the delivery notice.
If you note severe product damage, refuse delivery and contact our customer service department immediately
via phone or e-mail at dirtscape@mchsi.com.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 10 days, and you must call or e-mail our customer service department to recieve a Return Authorization
Number. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges (for the original shipment as well as the return shipment) and will
also be assessed a 40% re-stocking fee.
